SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders ship via USPS or FedEx, unless requested by a customer. Shipping charges are based on the weight and overall size of your order, please feel free to request a quote before you place your order. All available carriers and shipping methods for your order will be provided during checkout for you to choose.You may also provide your own shipping labels (your shipping will be refunded to your account upon delivery).
- Handling time: Orders received before 8:30 AM PST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 8:30 AM PST are processed and shipped the following business day. Please NOTE: Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Carrier Services: Delivery times can vary depending on which service is chosen at checkout. Locco Decor makes it easy for you to view all the shipping options we have available during your checkout process.
- Priority Mail: This service is estimated to take 1-3 business days depending on your location.
- Fed Ex Home Delivery: This service is estimated to take 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- NOTE: All estimated delivery times are only an estimate and based solely on how far the package has to travel to be delivered. Most of Locco Decor orders are shipped from Southern California, unless specified on the product. Custom Factory Orders and Wholesale Orders may be shipped from Donghai County,Jiangsu Province, China, by Marilyn.
Our team ensures the utmost care when handling your items! Shipping can be a harsh journey for these treasures, and we do everything we can to make sure yours arrive undamaged and intact, exactly like you see them on our website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our top goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We package your order with the care it deserves! We know that mistakes can happen where you receive the incorrect item or receive your item damaged due to shipping.
In either case, please contact us immediately so we can turn your frown upside down :)
- Contact Us through our website form to tell us about a problem with your order. You can also email us directly at contact@loccodecor.com (Please provide your order number and name on the order)
- Send photos to help us better understand your concern.
- We will reply back to you within 24 hours to ensure your satisfaction.
If necessary, we will provide you with an RMA(return merchandise authorization) number to return your item.
In cases where items are shipped back to us, make sure they are safely packaged, and keep your tracking information after it is shipped. This is proof of your shipment and can let us know where your package is at.
After your package is received, our returns department will carefully inspect your items within (3) business days. We will compare the items with what you originally received. All returned items with unreasonable damage beyond what you originally received may be assessed a restock fee of up to 30% of the item's original selling price on your order.
